Jose Hawilla Says Most Employees Would Be Happier Entrepreneurs

Many frustrated employees would be happier as entrepreneurs says Jose Hawilla, owner of the sports management firm, The Traffic Group. The question is, are they really up to the challenge. That’s where the defining line is drawn.

Is It Possible?

One problem is when entrepreneurship is seen as something exotic that few could possibly do. There are so many workers that falsely believe being an employee is the “normal” way, and running a business is atypical. The image of entrepreneurship has hardly adapted to the possibilities. The mindset needs to change because entrepreneurship is open to everyone.

For example, those who can budget and organize family life, who can plan large celebrations or travel, or who are committed to their community, city or similar, who can inspire others, already have important qualities that can translate into their own self-employment. People do not lack entrepreneurial skills, says Jose Hawilla, but what is often lacking is a clear intention, perseverance, and a creative business concept. And some, unfortunately, the courage to simply implement something without the fear of failure.

Where’s The Need?

Entrepreneurship means recognizing a problem, and solving it, not just for oneself, but entrepreneurially for everyone. It is important to identify a need in society, says Hawilla. And having an idea for a business start-up does not mean you need to quit your day job immediately. What is important, says Jose Hawilla, is approaching that idea with many small steps until that ultimate goal of running a business is achieved.

You can try out a lot today through modern technical possibilities, and make yourself visible and test the market. Jose Hawilla reminds blossoming entrepreneurs, an idea can start out as just a hobby, then maybe a small side project or a side job. But this can become a successful business. Jose Hawilla started out as a sports journalist in Brazil, then turned his sports passion into a multi-million dollar business.

After a 10-year career as reporter, then commentator, and producer, Hawilla had extensive experience in the sports industry, and a knack for cultivating diverse relationships. He has been able to secure partnerships with several sports associations, like the Spanish Football League. You can follow their Twitter page.

The Chainsmokers: Another Link on The Chain

Exploding onto the mainstream music scene a little over three years ago, The Chainsmokers have come in with a passionate vengeance to claim the title. The duo have already accomplished numerous chart topping hits, not only in America but all over the world, and collaborated with some quite prominent names in the industry. While well known globally, the pair have also helped new artists, such as Daya, come into the spotlight almost over night. Recently putting out a completely different sound compared to previous tracks, The Chainsmokers are continuing to turn heads, and minds, towards them and the electronic sounds they produce.

Beginning as a sole DJ in New York, Alex Pall was already on his way to becoming known. With the assistance of his long time manager, Pall was introduced to Andrew Taggart and from there it was a rush of almost instantaneous success. In December 2013, the track titles “#Selfie” was released and instantly topped charts internationally, sending the duo spiraling into stardom. The Chainsmokers have been known to produce and release new tracks almost monthly, but with a different feel to their newer tracks, the pair have spent almost a full year getting ready to release.

Priding themselves on being very open and self evident in their music, Taggart and Pall have taken a new “dark” turn with the track “Sick Boy”. Each and every song produced by the duo holds a piece of the lives of these two men within it. With this original track comes a new side of the duo not seen before, something not filled with romance or typical pop beats of their generation. When questioned about the “darkness” in the song, Taggart was quoted as saying, “Our stuff is always a reflection of what’s going on in our lives and the world around us.” The Chainsmokers duo feels that they are growing up, not only as individuals but as artists.

With a major following and an international reputation already under their belts, The Chainsmokers are sure to continue to produce edgy, brilliant electronic dance music for the world to enjoy. With each and every song more and more of the souls of these two chart toppers will be poured out and felt my millions globally.

Daniel Taub Insists That Iran Will Still Create a Nuclear Bomb

Daniel Taub, the outgoing Israel ambassador to the United Kingdom, believes that Iran will still make a nuclear bomb. Despite the agreement between other world powers and Tehran, Taub is convinced that Iran is committed to achieving the nuclear bomb that they already started working on some years back. Learn more about Daniel Taub: http://www.daniel-taub.co.il/ and http://www.everipedia.com/editor/dtaub/

The purpose of the deal was, however, to stop Iran from developing the nuclear weapon as reports indicate that Iran has been working on this bomb for decades.

Iran Will Still Create a Bomb

Mr. Taub’s reason for insisting that Iran will fail to honor the pact between Tehran and other world powers is that the agreement did not demand any equipment, mechanisms or better yet, infrastructure involved in making and finally, running the nuclear bomb.

Also, the deal did not question the whereabouts of the processing plant and maybe issue further demands on the dismantling of the nuclear plant.

Daniel Taub’s Sentiments

Given the stated facts, Mr. Taub adds that the activities that were ongoing the night before the agreement was jotted down will still be current a day or two days later. That agreement, he adds, has only made the situation worse by promoting insecurity in the world.

The First Leader

On the other hand, there was a transition of power from Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, always known for being a hard-line state leader to Hassan Rouhani, the incoming leader whose character can be described as being moderately controlled.

This change of leadership has made it quite difficult for Iran to make a clear stand on the subject matter. With the later, it was clear that the development of the nuclear bomb would proceed as usual.

The Second Leader

With the second leader, however, being a moderated state leader, it was rather clear that he was inclined to work with other world powers in handling business. Even so, it was a bit difficult to tell his next move.

Additional Information

Daniel Taub is a prominent Israeli diplomat. He is also an international lawyer and has been the Israeli ambassador to the United Kingdom for four years. To be precise, he served between 2011 and 2015. Currently, he is the director of strategic planning for Yad Hanadiv Foundation.

Overview

Mr. Taub was born in Britain before he immigrated to Israel in early 1989. When he arrived in Israel, he joined the Israel Defence Forces where he served as a combat medic.

He also served as a reserve officer before joining the government. Even as he resigns from his role as an ambassador as the law dictates, his legacy will be upheld.

Adam Milstein Defends Israel

As a member of the Israeli Defense Forces during the Yom Kippur War, Adam Milstein followed Arial Sharon defending Israel. As an Israeli living in America, Adam Milstein continues to act in defense of Israel. Since his retirement as a managing partner of a multi-million dollar commercial real estate management firm, he has acted as an author and public speaker pointing out threats to the Jewish homeland and helping to strengthen American – Israeli relations.

In addition to the ancient threat of blatant anti-Semitism, a much newer threat to Jews worldwide is the alliance between Islamic fundamentalists and left-wing radicals. For years, the political left has been diametrically opposed to Islamic values and beliefs. Throughout the Middle East, in mosques and orphanages masquerading as religious schools, their young people are indoctrinated into an extremist form of Islam. Meanwhile, on college campuses across America, our young people are indoctrinated into extreme left-wing philosophies. Today, left-wing Americans have decided to put aside the differences with Islam, including:

* the arrests and brutalization of women not dressing modestly enough

* the arrest and imprisonment of any political opposition

* suppressing free speech and political action

Over the last few years, radicals from both extremes have decided to coordinate their actions with those of Islam. They portray Jews as a dominant group influencing world events to subjugate Muslims, who are portrayed as proud but weak and ineffectual.

This new alliance centers itself on college campuses, where Jews are depicted as white supremacists illegally occupying appropriated lands. Students at Tufts University, a private research university in Medford, Massachusetts issued a “Disorientation Guide,” defaming Israel.

In speeches before a variety of groups, and writing for a large assortment of print media, Adam Milstein warned about old anti-Semitic threats combining with new ones. In a recent article in the Jewish News Syndicate, Adam Milstein warns of anti-Semitism coming for diverse sources and traditions and “sharing ideas and tactics,” to strengthen a worldwide” wave of hate, bigotry, and racism.”

A brief history of The RealReal

It may seem like just another rags to riches story, but luxury consignor The RealReal has a very humble beginning and is a huge success for more reasons than just hard work. While it’s true that CEO and founder Julie Wainwright built the company from her own kitchen table to the online and now brick and mortar giant it is today out of her own home, it was more than just hard work that made the company what it is today. By focusing on the luxury market and creating a strong environment of trust between consignor’s, and customers, the company was able to build a strong customer and consignor base that people could trust and rely on for quality and authentic products. With plans to add more brick and mortar stores, increased pop-up stores, and high online sales, the RealReal is definitely the real deal for 2018.
