Is it the man's or the woman's fault if he can't get it up? Some people say it's the man's fault and something must be wrong with his d*ck. Some people say it's the woman's fault because she isn't doing the right things to get it up. Who's fault is it?

It can go either way. If a man get it up I might be cause he's over anxious, have some medical condition or he might not be attracted to her and just wanted some ass just cause it was afforded to him. It can be the womans fault if she's not doing her part in bedroom like foreplay, not wearing sexy lingerie, not practicing good hygeine.
